Signing in and your data

Only classmates, faculty and invited guests whose email the class administrators have added to the allow-list can sign in.

  • Google sign-in, basic permissions only

The platform asks Google only for your name and email address, to check that you are on the class list. It does not ask for access to your own Google Drive, Gmail, contacts or calendar.

  • Where things are stored

Everything runs on Google Cloud in the class’s own project: files in a private storage bucket, everything else in the platform’s database. There are no ads, and there is no third-party tracking.

  • The details

Read the privacy policy for what is collected and who can see it, and the terms of use for the rules.
